For the past few years, we have been proudly serving the Brooklyn community from our Williamsburg location at the Brooklyn Pawffice. Now, we are thrilled to extend our care and dog daycare & boarding services to the dog community here in the East Village and Manhattan. Our dedicated staff members are not only thoroughly trained, but they have also spent years working with dogs, honing their ability to understand and communicate with them effectively. Ensuring the safety and happiness of every dog in our care is our top priority. GETTING STARTED
If you’re considering daycare or boarding for your dog, we have a couple of options for you to get started. If your dog is familiar with daycare or you’re confident they’ll do well, you can register online and book your dog for a day of daycare or a half day of daycare. Don’t forget to upload your dog’s vaccinations when registering. We’ll be aware it is their first day and keep a close eye on them throughout the day. If you’re unsure about how your dog will do, you can schedule a separate temperament test. These tests take around 5-10 minutes and we will see how your dog when introduced to the other dogs and how they acclimate themselves in a new environment. You can reach out directly to us to schedule via email or phone (929-777-5320). We highly recommend a day or two of daycare before any dog boarding, or at least a temperament test. If you are highly confident you can register and book your dog in for a dog boarding stay.

Any unbooked bookings, early/late pick ups or check outs for daycare or boarding will be charged the normal fee plus a 50% surcharge. We use our calendar to plan and manage our day so it is essential that everything is booked correctly. If you need to add late pick up or check out to a current booking please email info@manhattanpawffice.com
DOG DAYCARE
Please make sure to make a booking on one of our calendars before arriving so we can check in your dog. Any dog arriving without a booking, will be booked in and a 50% surcharge. If you book a half day, please make sure to drop off and pick up your dog within the time period selected. Any dog dropped off before or picked up after the selected time will be charged a full day of daycare.
We have cubbies in our front section to leave any leashes or harnesses. Please make sure your dog is wearing at least a collar as we like to have something easy to grab to guide your pup between sections. Please limit it to one dog at a time in our front section. Leave any lunches with our staff and we will bring it to the back to be placed with the other lunches. If you want to be extra cautious you may pass us the leash and we can hang it on a hook in our front section. Your leash and belongings should be waiting for you upon check out. Someone should attend to you to bring out your dog, but feel free to use the intercom to ring a staff member. Do not enter the daycare.

DOG BOARDING
The only required item to bring is food. Please make sure meals are clearly labeled and/or let us know instructions for feeding. All this information gets added to our tool that we use internally. Please feel free to bring any beds, treats, toys, or personal items as well to ensure your pup has a comfortable, enjoyable stay. We recommend a day of daycare before all boardings if your pup has not stayed with us before to allow a chance to acclimate and ensure its a good fit for all parties. It will give your pup a chance to explore the space, meet our team, and get comfortable with us. Check in begins at 4 pm and check out ends at 11 am. You can select early drop off or late check out when booking at a discounted rate from our daycare rates. There are no additional fees for daycare for the duration of your dog’s stay.

HOURS
Drop off starts at 8 am for normal daycare and pick up ends at 6 pm on weekdays, drop off starts at 10 am for normal daycare and pick up ends at 6 pm on weekends. We offer extended hours from 6-8 am and 6-8 pm on weekdays when available. Please make sure you select the early drop off and/or late pick up when booking online. If your dog is dropped off before 8 or picked up after 6 without selecting appropriately, you will be charged a 50% surcharge.
We close at 8 pm on weekdays. If your dog is not picked up by closing, you will be charged a $1 fee per minute until 8:30 PM at which point we will lock up and your dog will be boarded for the night which will also be charged. We close at 6 pm on the weekends. If your dog is not picked up by closing, you will be charged a $1 fee per minute until 6:30 PM at which point we will lock up and your dog will be boarded for the night which will also be charged.
TEMPERAMENT TEST
We like to conduct temperament tests beforehand for anybody that is nervous about their dog might do or wants to see if we are a good fit. The test will mainly consists of seeing how your dog interacts with new dogs and takes to our space. If you are comfortable and confident, you may book a day or half day of daycare without doing the temperament test and we can keep an eye on your pup during their first day here. If there any issues you will be alerted immediately, refunded, and we will isolate your dog to ensure their safety until you are able to pick them up.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
All of our daycare and walk packages are non refundable. We recommend coming in beforehand and/or trying a day or two to make sure everything is a good fit before purchasing a package.
The cancellation window for daycare is 2 days prior, while the cancellation window for boardings is one week (7 days). The cancellation window for holiday periods is 15 days prior for boardings. We do not offer day of refunds.
