Select your start date (the day you’ll drop off your pup) and your end date (the day of pick-up). Your reservation covers all nights and daycare in between those dates.

Our team is on-site 24/7, ensuring dogs are continuously monitored at all hours, including overnight. This level of supervision allows us to respond immediately to any needs, whether it’s active play during the day or quiet rest at night. Your dog is always in the care of a trained professional, never left unattended.
Cage, Kennel and Crate Free
We maintain a fully crate-free environment designed to feel open, comfortable, and stress-free. Dogs have access to various bedding and can rest or socialize at their own pace without confinement. Crates are only introduced if specifically requested or required for a dog’s individual routine.

Dog boarding at the Manhattan Pawffice provides the maximal enjoyable extended stay experience for your furry friend in NYC! Our goal is to ensure that your dog has a comfortable and enjoyable overnight stay while you’re away. With plenty of sleeping options and ample space to get cozy at night, your dog will feel right at home. During the day, they can frolic and play in our outdoor backyard, or relax and socialize with their fellow furry friends in our indoor play and rest areas.
Rest assured that your dog’s safety and happiness are our top priorities. To ensure this, a dedicated member of our staff will stay overnight at the Pawffice, providing round-the-clock supervision and care. Meals are administered free of charge, so you can relax knowing that your dog will be well-fed during their stay. Additionally, daycare is included throughout the duration of your pup’s visit, allowing them to engage in fun activities and make new friends.

What Should I Bring?
Please remember to bring your dog’s food, clearly labeled or with specific instructions. While you may bring a bed for your dog’s comfort, we also have beds here we can provide. We do not allow toys or treats, as we supply everything necessary for a wonderful stay.
How Do I Get Started?
To get started you can register online (make sure to upload vaccinations) and book online. We prefer to meet all dogs before boarding for a half day or day of daycare so we can see how they do in our space and with the other dogs. If that is not possible we can waive it, it is not strictly required, but please be confident that your dog will be okay in group setting for an extended period of stay.
Check In & Check Out
You can drop off and pick up your dog anytime we are open. Standard check in on the day of your boarding beings anytime after 4 PM until we close at either 6 or 8 PM, depending on the day, and check out is available until 11 AM. To make your experience even better, we provide discounted daycare services for early check ins and late check outs which can be selected when booking on our calendar. There are no extra fees for daycare throughout your dog’s stay.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation window for boardings is one week (7 days). The cancellation window for holiday periods is 15 days prior for boardings. For first time users there is an additional $50 cancellation fee or we can refund store credit in the full amount. We do strive to be flexible and accommodating and can often offer store credit refunds based on availability and notice.
