The facility

Every inch designed with dogs in mind

Whether your dog is here for daycare or boarding, they’ll have full access to our indoor and outdoor areas. Our facility is thoughtfully designed to give every pup a spacious, clean, and comfortable environment — whether they need a cozy nap, some fresh air, or are ready to play.

For dog parents we offer Google Nest live streams so you can check in any time, and cubbies at the front to store your belongings. We took everything we learned building our Brooklyn Pawffice facility and applied it here in the East Village.

Outdoor

The Backyard

A 1,000 sq ft turf-covered backyard securely enclosed by a 6-foot fence — rare for Manhattan and built with your dog’s safety in mind. Dogs have unrestricted access throughout the day for bathroom breaks and fresh air. On warmer days we bring out a dog pool for water-loving pups. A dedicated outdoor camera lets you watch your dog play in real time, and the yard offers a perfect balance of sun and shade year-round.

Indoor

Indoor Play & Rest Area

Around 2,000 sq ft of play and relaxation space specifically designed for dogs. Thick sealed rubber mats throughout for safety and cleanliness. Multiple water stations provide easy access to fresh water all day — cleaned regularly to prevent the spread of illness. A secure metal gate allows for group separation as needed. Two elevated AC and heating units keep the environment comfortable year-round with an open layout that gives dogs maximum space to play, run, rest, and unwind.

Indoor and outdoor cameras accessible from your phone any time. Check in on your dog during your lunch break or from anywhere in the city.

Dedicated cubbies at the entrance to store your dog’s leash, harness, and anything else you bring. Easy to grab at pick-up.

Multiple water stations indoors and in the backyard, cleaned regularly so your dog stays hydrated and healthy all day.

Climate controlled year-round

Two AC and heating units keep the indoor space comfortable regardless of the weather. Hot days, cold days — your dog is always at ease.

A fully fenced 1,000 sq ft yard in the East Village — outdoor space like this is genuinely rare in Manhattan, and we keep it safe and secure.

Clean every day

Rubber mats cleaned and disinfected daily. Hose and disinfecting sprays in the backyard throughout the day. A clean space your dog can play freely in.
